How the sign up process works for Personal Training
In my process, there are 3 Steps to begin a Personal Training program:
1. Application Form
The first step is to fill out an application form to assess:
a) Whether the goals you are seeking are ones that I am confident I can deliver on.
b) To gauge where you are at mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as you being your fitness journey.
c) To understand your level of commitment.

2. Phone Call
If the application form looks like a good fit, the next step is to have a phone call to get to know eachother a bit more, discuss your goals in detail, and for me to start forming an idea of who you are and how to organize the next few months of your training and lifestyle for maximum long-term positive impact.
Also to make that you have the necessary resources to invest in the coaching program.
If everything seems like two-thumbs up, we'll take it to the next step...
3. In-Person Consultation
In my consultation, I assess your mental, emotional and spiritual environment, along with your nutrition, flexibility and current exercise technique skills.

Once all 3 steps are complete, the option to invest in a package of sessions will be given along with confirming a schedule moving forward. Note that I do not offer long term packages, instead simply 4, 10, or 20 sessions at a time.
