Return to Supple Muscles

I host Return to Supple Muscles once every other month.  In this workshop I teach some basic self-applied massage techniques (using a lacrosse ball), along with some fascial stretching for key areas of the body.

In this workshop, participants learn how to:

+ Complete a full self-applied massage routine to release knots and decrease tension all over the body
+ Release key points around the lower and upper back to remove pain immediately
+ Prevent common lower back and shoulder pain by releasing specific muscles around them

+ "Fix themselves" using some strategically applied combination of pressure and stretches
+ Prevent ankle and foot injuries by working the shin, calf and soles.
+ Immediately calm the nervous system with deep breathing

This workshop was created mainly for fitness enthusiasts who spend a large part of their day in a seated position.
