Personal Training Sessions

  • The services to be provided by the coach to the client are personal fitness, training, lifestyle guidance, and accountability on fitness and health topics in nature, as designed jointly and personally with the client.

  • The coach promises the client that all personal information provided to the coach will be kept strictly

  • Any sharing on social media will be solely with permission given by you (client).

  • All new clients must subscribe for a minimum of three (3) months.

  • After initial three (3) month period, subscription will revert to a month to month basis.

  • Thirty (30) days notice must be given in the event that the client wishes to cancel further services.

  • Scheduling is booked on a monthly basis and is secured for 30 days. The client will reserve specific time slot(s) on set days for the month ahead at which point it is subject to change by both parties depending on availability of the coach.

  • Adjustments within the 30 day period may be made but are subject to the coaches availability.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring that all monthly training sessions and requested time slot(s) are booked in completion for each billing cycle.

  • Client will be allotted the amount of sessions they’re subscribed to in the current billing cycle in the amount of 1, 4, 8, 12, or 16, respectively.

  • There will be no automatic rollover of missed sessions to the next billing cycle as you, the client, agrees to use all purchased monthly sessions within each current 30-day billing cycle unless otherwise agreed on.


  • Billing will not be paused due to either parties travelling or going on vacation.

  • You must give a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your intended time of being away. Julian will honour the same 14 days notice if he is intending on travelling and your sessions will be fulfilled by an equally skilled trainer hand selected by Julian during his time of travel.

  • Any missed session(s) will be fulfilled on verbal agreement between client and coach at earliest convenience within 14 days of either party returning, if the alternate trainer was not utilized by the client.

Cancellation Policy

  • Common etiquette in service businesses denotes that 24 hours notice is expected to be given by both parties if cancellation of an individual session is needed for any reason.

  • There is no cancellation penalty resulting in a lost session.

  • Rescheduling of the cancelled sessions is permitted subject to availability of the coach, and must take place within the current billing cycle or the missed session is forfeited.

  • 30 days notice must be given for cancellation of membership, after initial three (3) month period.
